With a reputation for developing proactive, results driven strategies within the new-start and business turn-around sectors, Neil’s strong marketing experience is coupled with a commercial modelling and analytical background. Successful initiatives, including full company restructures, have been implemented across a wide range of industries including retail, telecoms, legal, property and investment. This has led to a number of innovative structural arrangements in both the business-to-business and business-to-consumer environments.

With a degree level qualification in strategic marketing, Andrew established his career in the sales and marketing field with roles spanning client side with Kellogg’s and Astra Zeneca and the agency and broker side with Acxiom and DLG. Andrew is one of the most knowledgeable and forward thinking experts in the industry with 16 years of survey and lead generation expertise. In addition to his responsibilities at Invive, Andrew is the Chairman of the Information Compliance Council.

He then moved agency side with the sales promotion arm of The British Airways Group, devising customer acquisition and retention campaigns for major UK brands. Ryan continues to develop new and innovative ways to influence, motivate and reward consumers, employees and channel partners.

Eduard Sparkes

Trained at Price Waterhouse in Manchester then focussing on boutique corporate finance, Eduard next headed the CF division of a medium sized practice. He has particular skills in the retail, leisure and entertainment industries and can draw on his wide experience to assist business owners in solving funding and strategic finance issues including structured finance, sourcing external investment, mergers & acquisitions, disposals and strategic planning.

An expert in understanding of the sales and conversion process Rory brings in depth experience across may high volume and high value sectors. His experience has been invaluable in allowing our clients to understand additional income streams which can be exploited to allow their model to increase profitability from the current overhead.

Rupert designs and analyses complex lead generation campaigns on behalf of clients. He consults to formulate the best routes to market ranging from social media campaigns to traditional print direct mail. Working with our analytics department he deliverers high volume ‘cost per acquisition campaigns’ across the finance and retail sectors.

He works closely with our team of analysts to model new products or acquisition methods to allow us to remain at the forefront of this sector.

With a first class degree in computer science and statistics, Peter also has the advantage of having run large scale multi channel call centre operations. He and his team model and report upon the KPI’s required by our clients to maintain and grow their campaigns across multiple campaigns and sectors.

A graphic designer with an ingrained understanding of marketing communications. Ama provides comprehensive visual campaigns for our clients across a range of mediums ranging from online to traditional print media. He is responsible for execution of all materials on behalf of clients and works closely with our research department to ensure these are in tune and relevant to the target audience.

Andrew Nicol

With 20 years of experience in online marketing and website development, Andrew works closely with our interactive division to develop apps which support our incentive based campaigns. His knowledge of mobile technology allows our clients to build online incentive programmes to encourage brand interaction and customer acquisition through games, points initiatives and referral programmes.
