In order to win we analyse in detail the requirements and ensure that we go beyond these in terms of commercial, content and presentation. Our philosophy is that ‘you don’t need a sledgehammer to crack a nut, but at least it guarantees it breaks’.

We analyse the individuals involved and the ways in which presentations will be most effective and account for other bidders involved to allow competitive advantage to be maintained.
